Payment Instructions - Cash App

Step 1: Buy Bitcoin

To process your Cash App purchase, open your Cash App (after you have funded it with money from your bank account / debit card ) and:

  1. Select the Investment Tab (the squigly line tab in the bottom right of the screen).
  2. You will then see the Bitcoin screen – if you can’t then you need to select the “Bitcoin” tab.
  3. Scroll down and select Buy, you will have the option of purchasing a set amount of Bitcoin or you can enter your own amount by clicking the 3 dots “…” enter the cost of your ID order and then Tap  Next
  4. Enter your Cash pin and select Confirm.

Keep in mind before you can purchase Bitcoin through the you’ll need to have cash in your Cash Drawer and you may need to enter some additional identification information.

Step 2: Send us the Bitcoin (after you have completed the above steps)

  1. From your Cash App, tap the icon in the bottom-left to get to your cash drawer.
  2. Click Bitcoin
  3.  Select the Airplane Icon
  4.  If you have not previously verified your identity with Cash App, you will see the following prompt. Click enable Withdrawals and complete the Identity check
  5. You may need to wait up to 72 hours before it is approved. If you see this screen when attemping to send the Bitcoin then Cash App still has not finished verifying you. You can open a support ticket with Cash App to speed up the process.
  6. Once verification is complete then the “airplane” icon will lead you to this screen. Click Send Bitcoin:
  7. When it asks you how much bitcoin enter the full amount you see (e.g. if you can see 0.002345 BTC then enter 0.002345 and press send.

  9. Press Next and tap Confirm – all done! Send us an email with a screenshot of your transfer to [email protected] with the subject PAID and your order number and we’ll begin making your card within the same day.
